Encouraging Pastors | Strengthening Churches

Acts 20:24

“However, I consider my life worth nothing to me; my only aim is to
finish the race and complete the task the Lord Jesus has given me—the
task of testifying to the good news of God’s grace.”

Marrow Ministries

Marrow Ministries exists to serve local churches through the experience and heart of Dr. Tim Marrow — a Texas-raised pastor with over four decades of ministry across New Mexico and Texas. A graduate of Howard Payne University and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, Dr. Marrow brings a lifetime of pastoral wisdom to churches in every season — whether in transition, in growth, or in need of encouragement.

Marrow Ministries is committed to walking alongside pastors and congregations, offering steady, experienced guidance so churches can thrive for the sake of the Gospel.

Areas of Service

Dr. Marrow often says that ministry is, at its heart, relational. It is not about programs or policies, but about people — pastors who need encouragement, congregations who need direction, and churches who need to know they are not walking alone. That conviction is the foundation on which this ministry stands.

Does Christianity Work?

II Timothy 4:16–18

Does Christianity actually work when life falls apart? In II Timothy, Dr. Marrow walks through the apostle Paul’s own story — abandoned, on trial, facing the end alone — and shows how the Lord stood with him through it all. It’s a message about the same help Paul found still being available to us today.  Watch this Sermon Now

Before Abraham…I Am!:
The Claims of Christ from the Gospel of John

by Tim Marrow

“I AM” is Jesus’s boldest declaration about Himself. Christ Jesus says that where I am, there is God; God lives, speaks, calls, loves, chooses, forgives, suffers, and dies. In Before Abraham…I AM!, author Tim Marrow examines the seven claims of Christ as the Great I AM, demonstrating how Jesus uses simple, everyday objects to represent His claims — from the “bread of life” to the “light of the world.” Marrow helps readers understand the promises behind Jesus’s statements of “I AM,” because Christ Jesus is the eternal God, without beginning and without ending — He truly is the great I AM.

Prayer

I want to personally invite you, as a pastor, to share the prayer needs of your church family with me. Ministry brings its own weight — growing pains, weary hearts, financial strain, families in crisis, or simply the daily work of shepherding a congregation — and none of us were meant to carry that alone.

Whether it’s a specific need within your church, a burden on your own heart, or something your leadership team is wrestling with, I’d be honored to stand in the gap and pray with you. Simply send your request my way, and know that it will be held with care and covered in prayer. You are not alone in this work. Please submit your prayer requests using the Contact Tim form below.
